At Scrabl, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We keep things simple because that's how it should be.
When you use Scrabl, we may collect the following information:
When you use the Studio, the content you provide (text, images, ideas) is sent to our AI service provider for processing. This content is used solely to generate your requested output and is not stored by our AI provider for training purposes. Your generated content belongs to you.
Your data is stored securely using MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest. Email communications are handled through Resend. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure — we're honest about that.
We use minimal cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
You can request to see, update, or delete your data at any time. Just email us. If you're on the waitlist and want off, we'll remove you — no hard feelings.
We use the following third-party services to operate Scrabl:
Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them if you want the full picture.
We may update this policy as Scrabl grows. When we do, we'll update the date at the top and notify you via email if the changes are significant.
