Welcome to Scrabl. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms. We've kept them readable because nobody likes legal walls of text.

What Scrabl Is

Scrabl is an AI-powered content generation tool that helps creators produce captions, hooks, hashtags, descriptions, titles, and posting advice for social media. We are currently in early access / waitlist phase.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Scrabl
• One account per person — don't create multiple accounts

Your Content

You own what you create. Any content you upload to Scrabl and any content generated for you belongs to you. We don't claim ownership over your ideas, images, or generated outputs.

However, by uploading content to Scrabl, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI engine solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. We don't use your content for marketing, resale, or AI training.

Acceptable Use

When using Scrabl, you agree not to:

• Use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or hateful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute Scrabl's technology
• Overload the platform with automated requests beyond normal use
• Impersonate other people or brands
• Use generated content to mislead, scam, or deceive others

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Scrabl is produced using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, we can't guarantee that every output will be perfect, accurate, or suitable for every context. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before posting it publicly.

We are not liable for any consequences arising from content you choose to publish using Scrabl's outputs.

Availability & Changes

Scrabl is in active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we grow. We'll do our best to communicate major changes, but we reserve the right to modify the platform at any time.

We aim for uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. Outages happen — we'll fix them as fast as we can.

Pricing & Payments

Scrabl is currently free during the early access / waitlist phase. If and when we introduce paid plans, we'll give you advance notice. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can also delete your account at any time by contacting us — we'll remove your data within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

Scrabl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrabl Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Scrabl evolves. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of Scrabl after changes means you accept the updated terms.
