What we collect

- Content you provide — the posts, ideas and samples you add so Scrabl can learn your voice and generate content.
- Usage data — how you interact with the platform, to improve the experience.
- Device information — browser, operating system and screen size, for compatibility.
What we don't collect
- We don't sell your data to third parties. Ever.
- We don't store passwords or login credentials for your other platforms.
- We don't track you across other websites.
How we use your data
- To learn your voice and generate content for you.
- To send you product updates and announcements.
- To improve Scrabl's features and experience.
- To communicate with you about your account.
AI content generation
When you use Scrabl, the content you provide is sent to our AI provider for processing. It's used solely to generate your requested output and is not stored by our AI provider for training. Your generated content belongs to you.
Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely using MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest, and email is handled through Resend. We use industry-standard security practices — but no system is 100% secure, and we're honest about that.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. No tracking cookies, no third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request to see, update or delete your data at any time. Just email us.

- Google Gemini API — AI content generation.
- MongoDB Atlas — data storage.
- Resend — transactional email.
- Our hosting provider — running the Scrabl app.
